Barbara Leiber, MS, LCPC

Barb is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She has worked as a clinician, educator and administrator in a community agency for over 23 years. After early retirement, she taught in the Master of Science in Counseling Psychology Program at Benedictine University.

Barb came to this profession when members of her immediate family were diagnosed with mental health issues. She was motivated to learn as much as possible about how humans operate and to acquire tools to be of service.

NAMI is a powerful organization for supporting and educating all who are touched with the challenges brought on by mental health issues. She is proud to bring her experience, both personally and professionally, in service to the NAMI community.
